  The Travel to NZ

“Ok class, settle down!”  said Miss Phillips “today we are learning about the long white cloud also known as New Zealand” as Miss Phillips was teaching a thought that came to Becky’s mind Becky is a curious girl who loved to travel  even by herself. 

After class she grabbed her best friend Alex and asked him “Alex do you want to go to NZ” Alex replied “Sure but when?” “Tomorrow in the morning” Becky said “meet me at the docks tomorrow 8:00 DON’T BE LATE” Becky commanded as she walked away. “BEEP BEEP BEEP” went Alex’s alarm clock. He got ready to meet Becky and jumped on his bike and raced to the docks. He saw Becky with tickets to go to New Zealand “COME ON WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR” Becky yelled.

They got their stuff and boarded the ship as the ship departed Alex started regretting what he was doing “so how long are we in New Zealand for?” Alex asked “probably for a day or two’’said Becky confidently  “ok at least it is not more than a week”  Alex said.     

CRASH BANG CRASH went the thunder and lighting Becky woke up in a hurry she rushed outside and she saw the boat going up and down roughly BOOM went the thunder.  BANG all of a sudden Becky could feel a cold liquid feeling underneath her feet she looked under and there was a hole in the boat she went to wake up Alex. “WAKE UP ALEX WE HAVE TO GO” “what huh?” went Alex  tiredly “THE BOAT IS SINKING WE HAVE TO GO” replied Becky in a rush Alex grabbed his and Becky’s stuff “COME ON”

Went Alex while he was running outside. 

“Look for the emergency boat” They both said together “I found it Alex” said Becky “Help me put it in the water’’ Alex grabbed the paddles they both jumped in and used the paddles and  paddled away. They paddled for hours and hours until the saw a long white cloud “there is New Zealand” Alex said “YAY WE MADE IT” said Becky happily the paddled faster and faster they pulled their wooden boat onto the golden soft beach “New Zealand finally here” said Becky while looking at the green trees.

 Should kids be able to bring a cellphone to school? 

Should kids be able to bring a cellphone to school? My opinion is no because 1 the kids could lose the cellphone 2 it could be stolen by another kid at school 3 the kids could damage the cellphone and waste his or her parents money.

Reason 1

the kids could lose the cellphone When you lose your phone then you lost it you won’t find it. If you lose the cell phone someone might find it and if you don’t have a password then the person who found you phone might hack your account 

Reason 2  

it could be stolen by another kid at school 

he or she loses the cell phone. You don’t know if someone stole it or you lost it. You could go and blame someone even though it was not them and can cause a lot of trouble like fighting online involving your parents and teachers. 

Reason 3

 the kids could damage the cellphone and waste his or her parents' money.

If he or she damages the phone  then you waste their parents' money and hard work on saving up to buy that phone for you. It would be very disappointing if you came home and told your parents you lost your 2,000 dollar phone.

In conclusion I think kids should not bring their phone to school because they might lose it, someone might steal it or they could damage the phone and waste the parents money. Would you let your kid bring their phone to school? 

Should sports be easier for the kids with medical problems?

 Should sports be easier for the kids with medical problems? 

Should sports be easier for the kids with medical problems?  My opinion is yes because 1. They have medical problems 2. The sports that everyone else is playing might be too hard for them and 3. It would be a better chance for everyone to win. 

Reason 1: They have medical problems.

You don’t know what type of medical problem/s he or she could have. It could be Heart problem, Asthma, cancer, diabetes or even lung disease. But whatever it is that is slowing them down from winning whatever sport you are playing. 

Reason 2. The sports that everyone else is playing might be too hard for them. 

whatever sport you are playing like Basketball, baseball, touch rugby, soccer might be too hard for the kids with medical problems. Maybe the teacher can make the rules easier for the kids with the medical problems. But whatever it is that is slowing them down from winning whatever sport you are playing. 

Reason 3.  It would be a better chance for everyone to win. 

Like I said in reason 2 whatever sport you are playing like Basketball, baseball, touch rugby, soccer might be too hard for the kids with medical problems. But maybe when the teachers twist the rules a little bit it would be much easier for the kids with medical problems to win as well as the other kids.

KIA ORA BLOGGERS,here is my writing for this week hope you like it

My August 2020 lockdown.

My August 2020 lockdown was cool and boring at the same time it was
cool because I got to call my friends and my teacher. It was fun when I
was calling my friends because we were doing plays together and watching
funny videos using hangout videos and my teacher calls were fun because I
saw  my classmates.

When I was finished my online learning my mum called my nana and
papa who are in Invercargill. We watched
TV till my dad and uncle came home.

On Sunday we had no church because of
lockdown so we went for a walk and made dinner.
After dinner my mum made a kahoot while my dad told a bible story.When
my dad finished telling a bible story and my mum finished making a kahoot
we played that kahoot it was all about the story my dad told us they were
testing who was listing and who was not. So we
played it I came 3rd place the first time we played the second time we
played I came fourth and we could not play it the last time because it just
disappeared so we didn’t do it the last  time.The prizes were chocolates and
bags of lollies.

On Monday I did all my work and helped my little brother.
I helped him with his inquiry.His inquiry was to make a poster
on Sir Edmund Hillary he did a great job.First we read a story on
Edmund Hillary we found some really interesting facts about him.
Edmund Hillary is called Sir because the queen made him a knight
because he was a pilot for the NZ Army. 

On Saturday my family cleaned the house. My sister and I were in the
kitchen and our room. Our brothers cleaned the sitting room hallway and
their room. We cleaned so fast that we were cleaning our room in a minute,
when we finished cleaning we all watched TV and relaxed for the rest of the
day. Until I got really bored and commented on all the class blogs and my
classmates blogs.The end.What did you do on your first or second lockdown?.
